How much commitment is required?

The total video content is approximately 90 minutes, with each video being bite-sized (averaging 3 minutes), making it easy to fit into your busy routine.

This program doesn’t adhere to any specific cuisine or religious dietary requirements. We focus on the fundamentals of crafting wholesome meals and offer recommendations to simplify your weekly meal planning and preparation. You will be able to adapt these learnings to suit your preferences and dietary needs
Can my house helper join without me and can I join if I don’t have a helper?
Yes and yes, both scenarios are welcome. If you prefer to focus on upskilling your helper without direct involvement, that’s perfectly fine. Your helper can enrol, access all necessary materials, and receive support throughout. Rest assured, I’ll keep you informed of her progress so you can be confident she’s benefiting fully from these workshops.
How can this program help if I’m not good at cooking?

We offer a recipe bank with over 300 wholesome recipes that can be easily uploaded to a digital meal planner, simplifying your weekly meal planning. Additionally, we provide recommendations for creating a healthy pantry, including suggested products, brands, and shops, particularly focused on items available in Dubai. You’ll also find essential meal prep kitchen tool recommendations and various guides, such as a guide on cooking with fats, a food prep guide, portion size guidelines, and more.
When will the live Q&A sessions take place and what if I can’t make it to the live sessions?
Our live Q&A sessions will be scheduled based on the availability of the majority of the cohort participants to ensure the most convenient time for everyone. If you can’t make it to the live sessions, don’t worry – all sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the course content for your convenience. This way, you can watch them at a time that suits you best. You can also send your questions in advance, and they will be covered during these sessions.
Will I get personalised support if I have specific dietary needs?
While the program does not provide personalised dietary or medical advice—it’s important to consult your doctor or nutritionist for specific needs—you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the course content. Our interactive forum and Q&A sections allow you to seek clarification and gain a deeper understanding of the material.
