I know that meal planning and cooking wholesome meals can feel overwhelming. You might know what you need to do, but putting it into practice can be a whole different challenge or, what you might think is correct could actually be misleading because there’s so much wrong information out there. It can be quite overwhelming and time-consuming to sift through all the information available.
What brought me here?
I hold a BSc Hons degree in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom. With years of experience and education, I’ve honed my skills in transforming recipes to maximise their nutritional value without compromising on taste. From tweaking ingredients to finding creative cooking methods, I’m committed to making healthy cooking accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
I’ve worked with many clients in my 1:1 nutrition practice who knew what they needed to do but found it difficult to put into practice.
Whether it’s dealing with busy schedules, lack of motivation, or simply feeling frozen when it comes to planning meals and deciding what products to buy, these are common challenges many of us face.
That’s why I put Our Nutri Kitchen program together. I wanted to create a resource that provides you with the foundations of nutrition all in one place, based on credible, research-based evidence but I didn’t stop there – I also included tools and support to help you implement this knowledge into your daily life. This program is designed to make healthy eating realistic and achievable, tailored to fit your unique circumstances. I aim to make meal planning and prepping hassle-free, so you can confidently adopt healthy habits and enjoy nutritious meals every day.
