This Week’s Newsletter Inspiration: Comfort Food and Our First face to face Workshop.

This past week has been an exciting one! Not only did I host the first edition of my face-to-face workshop (more on that below), but I’m also thrilled to share three new recipes with you. Workshop Highlights

This week, I hosted the first edition of my face-to-face workshop, and it was such a joy to share this experience with an incredible group of women. We explored practical nutrition tips and shared some delicious treats, including my Delish Chickpea Snickers, Truffle Air Popcorn, and Coconut Lime Bonbons (yes, recipes are available in the members’ area!) – you can use the search filter to find these treats!
